Your attendee will register as normal. Then they will be prompted to enter an Owners Code before paying and receive a discounted ticket price. Regular price is $299. With the Owners Code, the ticket price is $219.

Reminder: Purchase of an Owners Code does not provide you with a ticket. You must purchase your ticket separately. (**Use your new code for a discounted ticket!)

Symmetry’s Got Talent Show – Official Rules + Guidelines

Think you've got what it takes to entertain the Engage crowd? We can't wait to see what you've got! Please review the following rules carefully before submitting your audition.

Performance Information:

· Twelve (12) finalists will be selected to perform live

· Each performance is limited to 5 minutes total, including up to 30 seconds to enter the stage, the performance itself, and up to 30 seconds to exit the stage.

· A maximum of 7 performers may participate in a single act.

· Performances should require minimal setup.

· No on-site rehearsals will be provided.

· The 5-minute time limit will be strictly enforced. Performances that exceed the allotted time may have their music faded out, and be disqualified at the discretion of the judges.

Audition Process:

Video auditions are required for all performers.
Submit your audition video to your Direct by the deadline they provide.
Each of the Big 5 Directs will review their submissions and select the finalists that will perform.
Finalists will be contacted by the Engage Events Team and will be required to complete an official performer information form and submit any additional materials requested (music files, participant information, etc.).
Your audition video must accurately represent the performance you intend to present at Engage.
Only approved acts may perform.
Any changes to your approved performance must receive prior approval from the Engage Events Team.
Surprise performances or unapproved changes will result in immediate disqualification.

Audition Video Use:

By submitting an audition video, you grant Quility permission to use all or portions of your audition for conference, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. This may include videos from acts that are not selected as finalists.

Music Requirements:

· Submit a high-quality MP3 file by the published deadline.

· Music files should be fully edited and performance-ready before submission.

· No live streaming, YouTube playback, or internet-based audio will be permitted.

Stage + Performance Guidelines:

Allowed -

· Singing

· Dancing

· Comedy

· Instrumental performances (minimal setup)

· Magic acts

· Variety acts requiring little or no technical setup

Not Allowed-

· Full bands or performances requiring multiple microphones, amplifiers, or additional sound equipment

· Video projection or presentation needs

· Open flames

· Liquids

· Glitter, confetti, or messy materials

· Smoke or special effects (unless specifically pre-approved)

· Throwing items into the audience without prior approval

Safety Rules:

· Enter and exit the stage using designated stairs only.

· No jumping from the stage or entering/exiting in any unsafe manner.

· Remain in the designated backstage area until released by Engage Staff.

· Do not leave the performer holding area without notifying your assigned staff member.

Content Standards:

All performances must be appropriate for a professional conference environment.

· Explicit lyrics

· Offensive or inappropriate language

· Obscene gestures or content

· Inappropriate costumes or attire

· Content that could reasonably offend attendees

The Engage Events Team reserves the right to reject, stop, or disqualify any performance that does not meet these standards.

Judging:

· A panel of judges will evaluate each performance.

· The judges will select the Top 3 finalists.

· The conference audience will determine the overall winner through a live audience applause vote.

Prize:

$1,000 in Lead Credit

The hotels listed on our website do not provide a shuttle from the airport. However, there is a low-cost A-Line train from the Denver International Airport (DEN) to Denver’s Union Station. From Union Station, take the “Mall Ride” train to the California Street stop, one block from the Regency Hotel. Or disembark at Glenam Place, two blocks from the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels. Alternatively, take the O train from Union Station and exit at 17th and California, one block from the Grand Hyatt hotel. Uber, Lyft, and other car services are also available in Denver.
